Applications:
MDBS series equipment is designed to spray theturbid liquid made by organic solvents such as ethylalcohol, acetone, hexane, gas-oil and so on. This dryermakes use of inert gases (or nitrogen) as the dryingmedium, and the whole drying process happens in aclosed-circulation system.As the drying medium, the inert gases can protect the materials and can berecycled. This technology makes sure that the powder will not be oxidated during this process. At the same time, the dryer is equiptted with explosion protection system. This dryer is widely used to dry fine ceramics,pharmaceuticals, battery materials, cemented carbide and other materials.
